How do I send clients a list of unreconciled transactions to review?

If a bank statement line comes in and you're not sure what it's for, you can put it in front of the client directly rather than guessing. Prosaic gives you three ways to share uncoded statement lines, from a one-off export through to letting the client comment on transactions themselves.

1. Export from the GST return. Open the entity's GST return and go to the Unreconciled tab to see that period's outstanding bank statement lines. From Actions → Export, download a PDF, CSV or Excel file with the report summary plus reconciled and unreconciled transactions, ready to email to the client.
2. Share a link to the GST return. Copy the return's URL from your browser and send it to the client by email or text. Once they sign in, they can open the Unreconciled tab and add or reply to comments on each line themselves.
3. Share a filtered link to Transactions. If the client has Standard User access, send them a link to the Transactions screen filtered to a date range (for example, the last GST period). They can comment directly on any unreconciled line without going through the GST return at all.
