My bank accounts are not showing in Prosaic?

Bank accounts not showing?

If you’ve connected your bank but can’t see any accounts in Prosaic, it’s usually one of these:

  • The final “save/confirm connection” step in Akahu wasn’t completed
  • Your accounts have disconnected
  • You need to upgrade to the latest Open Banking connection

Quick fix

  1. Sign in to Prosaic
  2. From your dashboard, click Add bank accounts
  3. Log in to Akahu
  4. Check your accounts are selected
  5. Click Save connections

You’ll be returned to Prosaic — your accounts should now appear.
