What it does

• Opens your camera
• Takes a photo of the receipt
• Emails it directly to your Prosaic entity inbox
• Automatically includes the current date in the subject

Setup

After installing:

1. Open the shortcut and tap Edit
2. Set Recipients to your Prosaic entity email inbox
   1. Learn how to set this up here, it should look something like acme-ltd-a1b2c3@inbound.prosaic.works
3. Turn Show Compose Sheet OFF
4. Set your default From email (optional but recommended)
5. Tap Share → Add to Home Screen for quick access

First Use

• When sending your first receipt, select Medium file size
• This helps balance quality and email size
• You can choose at this point to remember settings next time

Requirements

• iOS device with the Mail app set up
• Camera access enabled
