Share Expenses With Your Accountant

If you've been invited to Prosaic by your accountant, claiming tax deductions on any expenses you find in Prosaic is easy

Simply review everything on the summary screen, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and you'll see a green button that says "Share with my accountant." Clicking this button will send them a notification that you've completed your claim and that it's ready for them to import into Xero for GST or annual returns

Your accountant will then be able to review your claim, make adjustments, or come back with some recommendations or suggested changes.

If you haven't been invited by your accountant, you can still send them an invitation to view and download your expense claim, however this will be a 'read only' link, so they can't make any adjustments on your behalf.

Just click the button, enter their email, and we'll send them a secure link to view and export.
