Set Up A New Account & Sign In

Getting started with Prosaic is simple and only takes a few minutes to set up, connect your bank accounts and make your first claim.

These's a few options for getting started with a new account.

Sign Up Through Your Accountant

If your accountant has invited you to use Prosaic, getting started is simple, either

  1. Accept An Email Invitation

Check your email inbox for an invitation from your accountant and click on the provided link. Fill in the required details to create your Prosaic account and follow the guided steps to set up your account. Once set up, you can sign in anytime at Prosaic using your email or Xero login.

  1. Sign Up Online

If your accountant uses Prosaic, they may send you a link to a dedicated signup page (in an email, or during a year end request for information). Just follow the steps to sign up and sign in.

Sign Up Directly Through Our Website

Visit Prosaic and click on the "Start Free Trial" button. Fill in your personal details, including your name and email. Check your email for a confirmation link and click on it to verify your email address. Once your account is set up, you can sign in anytime at Prosaic using your email and a magic link, or sign in with your Xero login details (if you have a Xero account)


Sign Up via the Xero AppStore

Visit the Xero AppStore and search for Prosaic. Click on the "Get This App" button and follow the prompts to install Prosaic. Authorise Prosaic to connect with your Xero account and provide the necessary details to create your Prosaic account.
